Two-Pear Waldorf Salad
The most common variety of Asian pear is large,
round yellow-green and sweeter and crunchier than
an ordinary pear. If Asian pears aren't to be found,
substitute an apple or another Bosc pear.

1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 TBLS cholesterol-free reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup sliced celery ( about 1 stalk)
1/2 cup seedless red grape halves
2 TBLS chopped walnuts
1 Bosc or Anjou pear, coarsely chopped (cubed)
1 Asian pear, coarsely chopped(cubed)

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lime peel and lime juice.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
Makes 4 servings
