reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon
peel
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup sliced celery (
about 1 stalk)
1/2 cup seedless red grape
halves
2 TBLS chopped walnuts
1 Bosc or Anjou pear, coarsely
chopped (cubed)
1 Asian pear, coarsely chopped(cubed)
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lime
peel and lime juice.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
