IMPEDIMENTA
This is a charm which was first created by a witch by the name of “Shovi
Colaston“ who accidentally invented the charm, in 1704, while she was trying
to recite a different spell. Though she can't remember which spell it was,
perhaps it was the rictusempra curse? Who knows. She has no recollection, since
after she did the charm on herself, and couldn't move at a normal speed for
quite a long time, she panicked and could never say “rictusempra“ or
“Impedimenta“ ever again. (except for the one time she said her own spell,
so that other witches, and wizards could use it when necessary) She was so
shocked by the whole experience.
