I wonder how many people are unaware of holding onto resentments? 

                I see a lot of angry people, and hear alot of them denying it...

In personal & addiction recovery programs, resentment is known to be deadly, and must be dealt with positively to move on. I see it as cunning & powerful as any addiction and highly toxic. But I need to be convinced of that to let it go. I have seen anger consume people, but I cant convince anyone of that. They must find that truth in their own reflection, maybe writing, & more. If one looks truthfully, the pain of carrying anger must convince one of its toxicity and fruitlessness.

 All the spiritual books say anger is deadly. The remedy is the honest reflection, and the willingness to let it go - I need a Higher Power for that.

Spirit can give me that, I cant do it without help.
