Eighteen Years in the Muling House
In 1984 the Lord gave us our base in Muling Pagsilang. A gift from God that really blessed and served us in the past years. It has been a home where we have lived, prayed, met each other, and prepared our ministry. It enabled us to receive many, many guests and teams,and we were able to show them our hospitality. The scriptures given to us in Isaiah have been fulfilled many times. The vision of the Balut Base was to have a permanent base of operations and we have seen this come to pass.
But in later years as our ministries grew, the Muling House become a hinderance in our ministry. It flooded almost daily, with frequent brown-outs and little space. The bad condition of the house was really tiring the staff. The problems were worsening, and the house got more and more unsafe. During the rainy season the rooms had to be bailed out every day before the teams go out to do ministry. The water was also quite dirty and unhealthy. We realized that we were in need of a new Ministry Center, and that it is vital to the growth and furtherance of the Balut Ministry.
The ministry center was completed in 2004 and already many outreach teams have been able to stay there while ministering in the area.
