Sean Carey is one of the main producers at Damage Recordings. Sean is Philly born and bred. He is a writer, producer and vocal stylist and has been doing music for more than half his life. Sean released the single "Living Without You" on the Damage Recordings label back in 1994 to rave reviews. His singles "Jungle Lover" and "Tears From A Crying Angel" were featured on the Philadelphia Music Conference Urban Music compilation CD in 1996. He then returned to the studio, where he has belted out hit after hit, most notably "Smooth As I..." and lending his smooth vocals on the classic "Hard To Breathe", for the Indikator on his debut release "And The Winner Is...". We caught up with Sean as he has already begun work on Indikator's follow-up album. We asked Sean what he thinks it takes to be a good producer. "I think it has a lot to do with your dedication". He adds that "you must be able to focus on what it is you want to do musically and then proceed in that direction". Sean has worked with many artists and wants to continue in that direction. He has the desire to work on outside projects. He is also working on his own material. Sean states that he "...is going to keep on working by producing and writing good, quality music".
