GUIDE get a running start, dont run 2 fast or 2 slow, and not to much and not 2 less. then take a small hop. ur approach has 2 b perfect or youll hurt urself. after ur start, jump into a handstand and then push urself over wit ur hands.
VARIATIONS one-handed, twisting, split
DESCRIPTION a forward flip without ur hands, and ur feet tucked in.
PREREQUISITES very very good handsprings, b able 2 link about 10 in a row and b able to jump up and touch 3/4 of ur bodys height or more
COMMENTS dont try this if u kno u dun even have a chance of doing it, u culd seriously injure urself, even if u land on ur back, it hurts. a lot.
GUIDE take the same running start as u did in tha handsprings guide, but as u take ur hop, try to jump up rather than forward , but only use tha momentum or ur run, dun jump urself. after u land frum ur hop, land wit ur hands in tha air. then throw them forward and jump as high as u can, and tuck ur self into ball. try to let tha momentum carry u around, frum ur approach and ur hands. after a while, youll b able to do these without a running start. remember to jump high, not forward or else ur gonna crash, and tuck ur legs in.
VARIATIONS twist, strait legged, split, pike (as u come around u touch ur toes, also known as toe-touch, lyk tha sit and reach stuff they make u do in skool), bow (where u grab ur ankles in back of u)
DESCRIPTION slightly resembles a cartwheel in tha air.
PREREQUISITES sum flexibility, good regular cartwheels, and fast and good one handed cartwheels
COMMENTS stick 2 this move, it takes lyk a week 2 lern even if it seems ur goin nowhere. also if ur aerials r crooked, keep doing them, thell straiten out one day.
GUIDE practice ur launch, do tha same run-hop sequence in tha guides above. after tha hop, turn a lil bit 2 tha side ur gonna do ur aerial, bring ur head 2 ur left/ryt knee and bring ur ryt/left leg up as high as u can go frum tha momentum. after u have this down real good, its smooth an fast, do ur launch again. this tym, bring ur hands down 2 , 2 help u bring ur head down, then ryt after ur ryt/left leg goes up, take a small hop wit ur left/ryt leg and focus on bringing ur ryt/left leg down to tha ground. tha hardest part of this move is not putting ur hand down in tha middle. it comes down by reflex, so its hard 2 conquer. but if u really need 2 save urself let it go down, or else youll “get a small concussion” (ian =þ).
VARIATIONS switch, webster (slanted aerial)
DESCRIPTION kung fu, ice skating move where ur horizontal 2 tha ground an ur left/ryt leg is hooked up.
PREREQUISITES kung fu (fer at least 3+ years) if u did, then u can do this move.

DESCRIPTION a one/two handed back handspring frum tha ground
PREREQUISITES bridge
COMMENTS needz tonz of momentum. cuz of this, it iz VERY hard 2 explain in wordz, tha best way 2 lern this iz frum sum1 else. also a capoiera move
GUIDE get down in a crouching position. swing one hand over, and extend your body (dont leave tha ground yet!) so ur in a semi bridge position. also, u shuld b looking baqwardz. then swing ur other hand over 4 momentum, spring ur legz up, an SWING them over .
VARIATIONS one handed or 2 handed, into a fish/worm, into a handstand
