this is just like a 6step. you should know how to do a 6step already. do everything like you would for a 6step, until it comes to the part where you swing your leg like a helicopter. when you swing your leg like a helicopter, dont stop it when it is about to touch your left leg. let it touch your left leg. let your right leg keep swinging around like you would for a helicopter, except instead of jumping over your right leg, you let your right leg carry your left leg behind you. when your left leg gets behind you, straighten your right leg and move it so you are back in the pushup position.
