HANDGLIDE/ICY ICE a handglide is when u are in a one handed turtle pose and use your free hand to push/pull yourself in circles. A icy ice is a handglide with your head on the floor. For a handglide(put something under your palm unless you want to have a f’ up wrist): go into a turtle and take your right hand out of your gut and put anywhere on your right side as long as you still have balance. Use your hand that is out of your gut and push yourself forward or pull yourself forward. I find it easier to pull yourself instead of pushing yourself. For a icy ice: just do a handglide and put the side of your head on the ground. It helps a lot more if u can’t get a handglide down. it doesn’t matter which side of your head you put on the floor.
