~HEADFLIPS~ do a kickup to get some momentum. the kickup is optional but it helps. then, kinda dive to a headstand, but make sure your hands touch the floor before your head does. jump off your feet so you're in a headstand and quickly push off with your hands and kick your legs up and behind you. u should land in a crouch and go into some footwork or wutever u wanna go to. the quicker u do it, the easier.
