Puff Daddy
One of 2Pac's major
enemies was Puff Daddy, CEO of Bad Boy Records. This beef can be
traced back to Suge Knight's beef with Bad Boy and 2Pac's beef with
Biggie, Puffy's top talent at the time.

The origin of this beef
is unclear...it is alleged that it started after Tha Dogg Pound shot
their video entitled 'New York New York', which featured a host of
west-coast rappers as larger than life 'giants' crushing New York.
Some New Yorkers (namely Mobb Deep) took offence to this and retaliated
on wax.

In a Meeting
in Club 662, Tupac approached Nas stating that the east-coast/west-coast
rivalry was nothing to do with him. This led to a series of disses
on both rapper's behalves. Apparently, 2Pac was angry that Nas
wouldn't say what he said on record to his face. 2Pac accused Nas of
biting his style.

This beef started in The midst of
Snoop Doggy Dogg's murder trial, after Snoop elevated Dre back into the
limelight he got into a spot of trouble and ended up in court. Dre,
however, was nowhere to be seen at court supporting his 'trusted
friend', as he claimed to be too busy. 2Pac was outraged at this
and launched an attack on Dre, making several references to his
sexuality, claiming that he is gay.
