These lamps are from the 98-99 Taurus. They are DOT approved, and cost about $12 each, new. I would incoporate these into the covers on my other page, located here.
Here's an image of the triple kits for the VW Golf. The image is just to show the turn signal lamp. It is NOT DOT approved. Cost is $27 each.
