ONE STEP SPARRING/FIGHTING TECHNIQUE

 

         1. TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A

            PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK TO THE LEFT DO A FRONT

            SNAP KICK TO THE GROIN WITH THE RIGHT FOOT

            THEN WITH THE RIGHT FOOT SWEEP THE FRONT LEG

            ALSO USING THE RIGHT TO FORCE OPPONENT TO THE

            GROUND.

 

         2. USING YOUR RIGHT HAND MOVE FORWARD STEPPING

            OVER THE FRONT FOOT OF YOUR OPPONENT SPINNING

            TO YOUR LEFT INTO A HORSE STANCE WITH AN ELBOW

            TO THE CHEST OF YOUR OPPONENT THEN A BACK FIST

            TO THE FACE, THEN LETTING THE HAND FALL TO THE

            GROINING GRAB AND PULL AWAY FROM THE BODY OF

            YOUR OPPONENT WITH THE PULL TURN YOUR BODY TO

            THE LEFT THEN USE A SIDE KICK TO THE RIBS OR KNEE.

 

         3.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A     

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK TO THE LEFT DO A FRONT      

               SNAP KICK TO THE GROIN WITH THE RIGHT FOOT     

               PLACE FOOT DOWN GOING INTO A HORSE STANCE USING   

               YOUR ELBOW TO THE SOLAR-PLEX THEN TO THE SIDE TO   

               THE RIBS THEN USE A UPPER RIDGE HAND TO THE ELBOW 

               WITH THE RIGHT HAND THEN WITH THE LEFT HAND BREAK 

               THE WRIST WITH THE LEFT HAND THEN WITH THE RIGHT  

               HAND REACH UNDER THE ARM GRAB THE JAW AND STEP

               OVER THE FRONT LEG TAKING YOUR OPPONENT TO THE

               GROUND.

 

         4.    A. TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A   

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK KICKING YOUR OPPONENT TO THE

               KNEE WITH A FRONT SNAP KICK.

        

               B. TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK KICKING YOUR OPPONENT TO THE

               KNEE WITH A SIDE FRONT KICK.  

 

         5.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A      

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK GOING TO YOUR RIGHT KNEE   

               SLAPPING YOUR OPPONENT TO THE THIGH VERY HARD.

 

         6.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A      

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK GOING TO YOUR RIGHT KNEE    

               PUNCHING YOUR OPPONENT TO THE GROIN VERY HARD.

 

         7.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A      

               PERRY BLOCK TURN BACK STRIKING YOUR OPPONENT TO   

               THE EYES WITH A TO FINGER JAB THEN A INSIDE RIDGE 

               HAND TO THE THROAT MOVING FORWARD DROP ELBOW TO   

               THE SOLAR-PLEX AND SLIDE DOWN THROUGH THE ABDOMEN  

               AREA DROPPING TO YOUR RIGHT KNEE STRIKING YOUR   

               OPPONENT TO THE GROIN WITH A REVERSE PUNCH.

         8.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A      

               PERRY BLOCK STEPPING FORWARD AND THROWING A       

               ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE ABDOMEN USING THE SAME     

               HOOK IT OVER THE ARM USING A HOOK KICK TO THE    

               HEAD THEN A ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE FACE.

 

         9.    TURN SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT BLOCK PUNCH WITH A      

               PERRY BLOCK STEPPING FORWARD AND THROWING A       

               ROUNDHOUSE KICK TO THE ABDOMEN USING THE SAME     

               FOOT DO A SIDE KICK TO THE KNEE.
