The history of Texas is full of people from many walks of life. The culture of our state was built upon the cultures brought from around the world by those that chose to come here to begin a new life. Not the least among these cultures were the Scots, and among them our ancestors, who fought and died for the Lone Star along-side such brave men as Davey Crockett, William Travis, and Sam Houston. These men and women passed on to us not only their courage, but a name that we will in turn pass to our children... to carry it into the 21st century and beyond... through the halls of time...
