The animals under my care have all received their annual vaccinations, unless they are too young. They have all been spay/neutered, unless they are too young. All medical records to date will be provided at the time of adoption. All animals have been socialized and currently live in a 'family' atmosphere with young children.

Cats must be indoor companions only, unless otherwise agreed upon before adoption.

No declawing is allowed.

Dogs can be indoor/outdoor companions. Adoption arrangements for dogs will be handled on an individual basis.

If for any reason, during the animals lifetime, you cannot continue to care for the animal, arrangements must be made to return the animal to me. NO EXCEPTIONS.
