The story opens up in Lila`s dumpy house.
Lila:``Ohh daddy could you please help me with my homework please.``
Lila`s Dad:``Of course honey what do you wanna know.``
Lila:``How do you spell nuclear?``

Lila:``Thanx daddy.``

Next day at school,
Rhonda:``Lila look at my new outfit isn`t the most stylish thing you ever saw it cost a ton of money.``
Lila:``Ohh Rhonda its just ever so beautiful.``
Rhonda:``Its better then beautiful Its we`ll awsome isn`t it?``
Lila:``Of course it ever so awsome I wish I had one just like it.``

Helga listening to the whole conversation buts in.

Lila was about to say somthing when Rhonda butted in.
Rhonda:``Helga I know that but now that her father has a job maybe one day she will have it when it is not the latest style anymore.I was just trying to make her feel better.``
Helga:``Ha she won`t even be able to afford it even when its on the sale rack I read in the newspaper that her dad got fired for stealing merchandise.``

Rhonda:``Wow I never thought your dad would steal something especially since your his daughter thats just plain weird.``

Mr.Simmons:``Class its time for science join your desks together with your partners and we will get started.``
Lila was partners with Helga,Arnold,and Rhonda.
Helga:``Come on lets hurry up and get this done with so we can just sit around while everyone else works.``
Lila:``We can`t rush science Helga we gotta take our time on it.``
Arnold:``I agree with Lila science you shouldn`t rush on I mean we want this experiment to work.``
Helga:``Whatever now remeber I get to do all the easy stuff.``
Rhonda:``Fine Helga.``
Later.
Mr.Simmons:``Great job Lila,Rhonda,Helga,and Arnold.``
Lila:``Thank you ever so much.``
Mr.Simmons:``Harold don`t do that to your experiment.``he says as he walks away to stop Harold.
Harold:``I was hungry!``
Helga:``What an idiot.``
Harold:``I am not mommy!!!``and with that he ran out of the classroom.
Mr.Simmons:``Harold come back we still have history left.``he said as he followed after Harold.
Helga:``I can`t believe you like Harold Rhonda I mean he is the most idiotic I have ever met.
Rhonda:``Where in the world would you get the idea that I like Harold from?``
Helga:``Everywhere.``

Lila:``Now lets not fight we are working together in this project and we should try to get along.``

Arnold:``Lets get back to the project guys and forget about this okay.``
Lila:``No Arnold I am not helping you peoples do it yourself``` and with that she ran out the door into the girls bathroom to hide her tears.``
Rhonda:``Look what you did now Helga.``
Helga:``Come on Rhonda lets finish our project before we get in trouble.``
Arnold:``I guess we better.``
Later on lunch break.
Rhonda:``Lila you got to get back at Helga she is telling everyone that your dad stole when he only was borrowing.``
Lila:``You mean you believe that he was only borrowing.``

Lila:``We`ll I still don`t think it would be nice to do that to Helga.``
Rhonda:``Its your dad we are talking about.``

Later,
Lila:``Stinky may I borrow your caculater for a day I will give it back to you tommorow.``
Stinky:``Sorry Lila I don`t want you stealin it or anything on account that your dads a criminal so I think I`ll keep it.``
Lila:``But Stinky....``
Stinky:``Sorry Lila but my pa told me I can`t lend anything to you anymore gotta go to class now bye.``
After School Lila meets up with Rhonda.
Lila:``Lets do it.``
Rhonda:``I knew you would come to your senses.``
Lila:``Meet me at my house tonight.``
Rhonda:``Sure do you want me to bring embarrassing stuff I found out about Helga with me?``
Lila:``Yeah bring everthing you can think off.``
Rhonda:``See ya soon bye.``
Lila:``Bye.``
Later Lila and Rhonda are planning what they will do to Helga.
Lila:``No thats just well ever too mean.``
Rhonda:``We`ll thats the point.``
Lila:``I can`t do this I am not this kind of person.``
Rhonda:``Come on Lila we have to do this or Helga will get away with what she did.``
Lila:``I know but its just ever so wrong.``
Rhonda:``What she did was wrong come on.``
Lila:``Forget about all these plans I got an idea that Helga will die over.``

Lila:``Don`t worry you`ll find out.``
Next Day,
Lila and Rhonda run into Mr.Wartz office and lock it.
Rhonda:``What are we gonna do here.``
Lila:``Embarrass Helga infront of the whole school.``
Rhonda:``Your getting pretty good at this revenge thing.``
Lila:``I know but Helga will kill me afterwards.``
Rhonda:``She can`t kill you.``
Lila:``I promised her I wouldn`t tell anyone about this and she said if I did she would strangle me.``
Rhonda:``Its that Important?``
Lila:``It`s her deepest darkest secret.``
Rhonda:``Cool.``
Lila picks up the microphone and starts talking.
Lila:``Hello all off P.S 118 Lila here with an important message about Helga its about her deepest darkest secret.``
Helga hearing this runs right to Mr.Wartz office.
Helga:``Lila why are you doing this?``
Lila:``Because you gossiped to everyone that my dad stole.``
Helga:``What I don`t think I did anything of the sort.``
Lila:``Yes you did even ask Rhonda.``
Helga:``I heard Rhonda told everyone.``
Lila:``She did not she is my friend unlike you.``
Helga:``She just said that cause she wanted to get me good.``
Lila turned to look at Rhonda and asked her
Lila:``Is this true Rhonda?``
Rhonda:``well um I I mean umm......
Lila:``I cant believe you!``
And with that Lila unlocked the door and ran out the doors off P S 118 and down the street.
The next day,
Lila:``I can`t go to school daddy I feel so horrible about what I did.``
Lila`s Dad:``Alright honey you don`t have to go.I gotta go to work now anyway.``
Lila:``I thought you were fired?``
Lila`s Dad:``Ohh yeah I forgot to tell you Mr.Mitchell finally believed me that I was only borrowing and in next weeks paper he is going to tell everyone the truth isn`t that great.``
