Rag Doll

Never quite fitted in here,

With his,

Button-hole eye and torn off ear,

Not the,

Sort of toy kids like today,

With no,

Special features to help him play,

Not old,

Enough to be called an antique,

Don’t worry,

Rag doll I think you’re unique,

But that’s,

Small comfort when stitching is poor,

Cotton wool,

Insides all over the floor,

Slowly decaying,

In the cupboard forgotten,

Laying alone,

And he’s turning all rotten,

Falling apart,

At all those loose seams,

Little rag,

Doll who sleeps with no dreams
