Created by Roger Colin in 1948; Went public as CATI in 1950 and operated
as such from Hanoi between 1950-1953. Operated as CATC and Air Outre-Mer
1953-1955. 40% of fleet destroyed during First Indochina War. Remaining
air assets sold off to European and African buyers in 1955. Focus here
is on Laos-associated aircraft.
