Xieng Khouang Air Transport

Vientiane, Laos
1967-1972?
Formed about 1967 with CASI assistance to provide General Vang Pao an "integral" air transport capability in North Laos to support refugee activities. Detractors suggest an improved means to haul opium secretly. Went away after loss of equipment.
In 1971 Lo Kham Thy was manager. Flew between Long Tieng and Vientiane at that time. Any more information available?
