14 July 2010: I am starting the comment page anew after a long time of no activity. Since my retirement I have spent considerable time doing work on the web site.  One of the first changes is to add activity associations to the Alpha List. In the process, I hope to make major updates from information that has been piling up.

16 July 2010:  A comment concerning the CIA officers. All references to CIA association have been derived from open sources.
