Psalm 23
Eternal God, you are the Holy Father;
Lord Jesus Christ, you are the Father’s Son;
Holy Spirit, Paraclete, Counselor,
I worship and adore you Three In One.
Come to me now, my Lord, in my affliction.
Please wrap your arms around, and hold me near.
Pour out your oil of healing on my brow, Lord.
Your Word of peace and rest I long to hear.
Lord, now I feel my pain has turned to comfort,
And I can sleep in peace the long night through.
When I arise with joy to greet the morning
I’ll sing again “your love makes all things new.”
O Holy Spirit, fly to those awaiting
A healing touch, a whisper of good cheer.
With the Good Shepherd lead them to lush meadows,
And quiet pools of Living Waters clear.
