Sugared Nuts
So tasty! Try one..haha..you can't stop!!!
1 pound nuts
1 egg white
1 TB water
1 cup sugar
1 TS salt
1 TS cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300.
Beat egg white and water to a froth. In a large zip-lock bag, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon. Dip nuts in egg white, then put in bag. Shake to coat.
Place on well-greased baking pan. Bake 40 minutes or until egg white is dry. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool on wax
