At first glance, I thought this was my life story, but then I realized, not only am I really really goodlooking, but I am really really smart as well.

Right, therefore it wasn't about you. Ben Stiller stars as Derek Zoolander, the top male model in the business, Owen Wilson stars as Hansel, Zoolander's competition, Will Ferrel stars as Mugatu, a kooky fashion designer, Jerry Stiller (Ben's dad) stars as Zoolander's agent, Christine Taylor (Ben's wife) stars as a reporter for Time magazine, and even Ben's mom has a cameo as a crazy protestor.

Right. This movie was hilarious, we saw it in the theatres and I bought the dvd the day after it came out. Definitly a must have for people who like comedies about crazy dumb people.

And anyone who is a fan of Will Ferrell will simply love his crazy, flamboyant character, you will laugh.

Yes yes. This movie was very funny. Did you like it Rob?

I thought it was fantastic. Stiller was amazing as was Wilson and there interaction in the movie made for some of the best scenes. This movie takes us through a few days with Zoolander where he falls from the top, looks for meaning in his life and tries to make a comeback, but along the way, the Mayalasian Prime Minister becomes caught up in this scandal as well as the seedy underworld of the fashion industry bears its teeth in trying to end child labor laws!

Ah yes, this movie also managed to include many celebrity guest appearances which are funny, Billy Zane and Winona Rider do a funny job but don't come close to David Duchovny's cameo (look for a funny scene in the deleted scenes).

I loved Billy Zane in The Phantom.

Didn't see it. He was good in Titanic, even though his character was a jerk.

Well if you did, e-mail us. So, let us begin with the technical aspects. The video was nice, even though Rob's tv kept making the corners green, it wasn't the dvd so don't worry about that. I give it a 4.5. The sound was a little disappointing, I was hoping for more surround sound. I know Rob will blame this low rating on me. You see, when he watches movies he likes to have them so loud my hair stands on end. I like to have it a little lower, and he CLAIMS that you can't hear the subtle surround sound. Well if it is that subtle, I don't want it, especially if its going to make my ears bleed. I give the sound a 3.5. The extras were cool, there were outtakes, deleted scenes, extended scenes, clips from Zoolander's prior appearances on VH1, and commentaries by Ben Stiller on some extras,and the writers and Ben on the actual movie. I give the extras a 4 because the outtakes were hilarious. And the movie itself I give it a 4.75 because it is really really funny.

The video was nice and clear, no edge enhancing or dust that I could see. I have to give it a 4.5. The sound, as my dearly departed ex-girlfriend said, was not what I had hoped for, but it is possible that she had it turned down too much. I will give it a 3.75. The extras were well in supply and they were good too, the outtakes were hilarious. and there is a good amount of other stuff to warrant a 4.25 rating. The Movie itself is going to get a 4.25 as well, one heck of a great movie, it was produced well and I always had a feeling that male models were this dense, and now I know for sure cuz movies don't lie! So our overall total is going to be... (drums please)... 4.25 stars!
