I colorized the sunflowers and border, added grass tube, drop shadow to border,
added kitty tube and framed.
 

I made a seamless tile from the sunflower-kitty picture by
reducing the size of the picture, using Reflection Effects-Kaleidoscope,
then Texture Effects-Mosaic Antique. 

I adjusted the full-color painting to Soft Focus,
then to Negative Image and framed.
 

Here's a couple of tiles I made from the above image:

I added illumination effect of sunburst, added the angel tube,
another illumination effect, adjusted soft focus and framed.
