A Special Message For You
This page is the most important page of all on the WLMO website! Please...take a moment to read this message and take a journey with us down the Roman's Road! In the Bible...Romans 3:23 tells us that "...all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." That means that every single person ever born falls short of what God intended them to be. Every single person ever born has sinned at some point in their life! Romans 6:23 goes on to tell us that "...the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." You see...death simply means "eternal separation from God." So the wages of sin is eternal separation from our heavenly Father...forever and ever, but God made a way out for us...a way to escape death! And that was through His Son, Jesus, and the blood that He shed for us on the cross of Calvary! Romans 5:8 tells us that "...God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Imagine...even though we were imperfect...and even though we were still sinners...God sent His precious Son to die for us! Jesus! The perfect sacrifice! He was sinless! And He paid it all! He paid for YOUR sins as well as mine...and anyone else's that dares to believe and asks for His forgiveness! Isn't that awesome??? It's so easy! Romans 10:9 and 10 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Isn't that amazing? If you simply believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and three days later resurrected from the dead...then confess that beleif out your mouth...then you, too, can be saved! You know...so many times...people want to wait before they make that confession! They want to make the commitment...but they're afraid! They're afraid of what their family or friends will think...or what their co-workers might think. They're afraid that they'll have to give up things that they're just not sure they want to give up yet! But let me ask you something...If you died 5 minutes from now...do you know...beyond the shadow of a doubt...where YOU would be going? Are you heaven-bound today? Or are you headed right straight to Hell...eternally separated from God? On that note...using the words of the Apostle Paul found in Romans 12:1-2 I want to say..."I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Dear friend...I beg of you! If you've not accepted Jesus Christ as YOUR personal Lord and Savior...please...do it today! Don't put it off! You never know what tomorrow holds! If you're not saved...please...pray this prayer NOW...."Dear Heavenly Father...Lord God...I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ, died on that cross for my sins and that three days later He rose from the dead. Today, Lord, I ask you to cleanse me from all unrighteousness! Jesus...I invite you to come into my heart and make me a new creature today! Lord, I thank you and praise you for it. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!"
