From The Pastor's Desk...

“For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” (Romans 11:29) Have you been called of the Lord to perform a specific task in His kingdom? Actually, all are called to fulfill the work of the Great Commission. And, although our tasks and positions may vary within God’s army, we each have available the supernatural weapons needed to carry out His personal plans and agendas in His service. However, when the going gets rough, many fall victim to unbelief and discouragement brought on by the enemy and fall away, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The good news is that, if we persevere and press toward the goals that the Father Himself has set before us, all the powers of heaven will come to our aid. In his epistle to the church at Rome, Paul points out that believers need to “stay in the race” regardless of the circumstances around us. We need to learn to look past the facts of problems and difficulties by renewing our minds in the truths of the Living Word. When we as believers determine to stand firm on Jesus, our foundation, we will be able to overcome any obstacle that satan can devise. It’s the will of God for YOUR life! “And be not conformed to the world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable will of God.” (Romans 12:2)
