YOUTH FOR A BETTER WORLD

It is our goal to do whatever we possibly can to improve the conditions in sweat shops around the world. Our campaign started with a letter-writing campaign to the CEO of the Home Shopping Network, Barry Diller. Please click here to read the letter that was being sent by thousands of people around the world. It's not too late, you can copy and paste and send it too!

The members of Youth For A Better World have been working on our "No Sweat" Presentation that is being put on at various local schools. If you would like to book us for a presentation at your school, church, youth group, organization, etc., please email us at betterworldyouth@yahoo.ca. Our presentation is very informative, interactive, and is approximately 1 - 2 hours long.

Letter-writing campaigns are going to be a big part of our "No Sweat" Campaign. Please check back to this site regularly to see what letters we are sending in and to whom. Never be afraid to send in letters to people too, like Nike, Disney, Gap, Banana Republic, etc. A complete list will be posted here with addresses in the near future.
