Sacramentarian (pronounced SAC-rih-mehn-TAIR-ree-ihn): one who believes that ceremonial acts can effectively change the nature of one's spiritual condition. Sacramentarians believe that baptism, either by itself or when combined with faith, is efficacious in causing regenertion and/or granting forgiveness, and/or providing justification.

Caution: A few articles are linked which were written by sacramentarians. These articles are okay, in themselves, but extreme care should be exersized when reading other articles by the same authors or from the sites where the original essays reside. Sacramentarians can be very clever in their arguments for their superstitious views of baptism and the Eucharist; and unless you are well equipped to deal with these subtleties, you may end up being taken in by them. If you truly trust the Lord, he will guide you out of the sacramentalist's deception, but it may not be until you've wasted much precious time stuck in it.
