Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Check for bits of frozen strawberries before you decide it is done. Also, if it is only a light pink, add more stawberries. If it is too runny, add more bananna or yogurt. If it is too thick add juice. Make how you like, after all it is YOUR smoothie. Liberating, isn't it?
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. To make the crust (or you could just by one), combine crushed crackers (you can crush them by putting them in a bag and jumping on it) and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture into a 8 or 9 inch springform pan on the bottom. In a mixer bowl combine softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs and yolk and beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in milk. Pour into crust-lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes for the 8-inch pan and and 35 to 40 minutes for the 9-inch pan. Cheescake is done when you can put a toothpick in the middle and it come out clean. Cool for 45 minutes and remove sides of pan. Chill for about 4 hours. Serve with strawberries on top. There, I gave you my secret recipe, just remember, you still won't be able to make it as good as me.
