Madame Blueberry has plenty to be thankful for: good friends, a nice treehouse ... but it's just not enough for her! She's a very blue berry, and it makes her no fun to be around! And when three crafty scallion salesmen take her on a wild shopping spree, Bob and Larry wonder what it will ever take to convince Madame that a happy heart is a thankful heart. The story is compelling and interesting, though perhaps not the most dynamic of the series to date.
"Madame Blueberry's" musical score is a ton of fun. It differs enough in style from other videos so as to not be repetitive, but retains classic VeggieTales fun and singability! Madame, Bob and Larry sing the Gilbert and Sullivan style song, "I'm So Blue." Junior Asparagus and Annie the scallion sing their thanks to God, while the three scallion salesmen sing the fantastic epic tune, "The Stuff Mart Suite" - sure to become a classic on par with "Oh, No! What We Gonna Do?" (Episode 1, "Daniel and the Lion's Den").
And what on earth has happened to Silly Songs With Larry? Archibald Asparagus wasn't too happy with "The Song of the Cebu" in the last episode, so he's made sure that Silly Songs is cancelled until further notice! Mr. Lunt, everyone's favorite Spanish gourd, fills in for Larry with a love song to a cheeseburger. The rock opera style song may be more interesting to adults than kids, since it isn't quite as much fun as Larry's world-famous Silly Songs.
