After wandering in the desert for 40 years because of their disobedience, the children of Israel are about to enter the Promised Land! But only one thing still stands in their way: the mighty city of Jericho! How will they ever overcome the city's mighty wall? Will they try it God's way, or do it their own way?
After two videos that were disappointingly lacking in music ("Dave and the Giant Pickle" and "Larry-Boy and the Fib from Outer Space"), "Josh and the Big Wall" is full of great, singable tunes. The Israelites sings a cheery diddy about the Promised Land, and the French Peas sing an unforgettable tune that mocks the Israelites.
The video's Silly Song With Larry is "The Song of the Cebu," which
gets better and better each time it is watched. Though not the hilarious
caliber of "The Hairbrush Song" or "The Dance of the Cucumber," this
song does have its moments. The song has a nice beat, and is very
danceable! In addition, it gives us further insight into the mysterious
identity of Larry's Aunt Ruth.
