Health Tips Of The Month



On this page I would like to share some tips that I have accumulated. Some may be advice on healthy eating, some on exercise and others may be just general tips about good health. Many of my tips I have gathered from a magazine called Vitality. You can go directly to their website by clicking on the Vitality link in this paragraph.
