Billie Holiday Reed Brady- I'm assuming Kate or Curtis is/was a Billie Holiday Fan. Billie is currently married to Bo Brady (hopefully not for long).
Caroline Anna Brady Reed(Carrie)- Caroline, after her grandmother. Anna, after her mom Anna DiMera. She is currently married to Austin Reed (Although I hope someday soon her name will be changed from Reed to Horton- Mike).
Eric Roman Brady- Roman after his father
Hope Alice Williams Welch Brady- Alice after her grandmother. Welch- She was married briefly to Larry Welch. Williams- her parents are Addie- biological, Julie- adoptive, & Doug Williams. She was married to Bo Brady (and hopefully will be again soon).
Marlena Evans Craig Brady Bradford Brady- Evans is her maiden name. She was married to Don Craig, then Roman Brady. Roman was presumed dead and she married Eugene? Bradford. When John Black came to Salem, Stephano made it so that everyone believed he was Roman by brain washing John, and so Marlena married him (as Roman Brady).

Samantha Gene Brady Reed- Samantha after her mom's evil twin(hmmm... I wonder if Roman or Marlena had a premonition when they named her that. After all, Sami is also the evil twin). Anyway, Sami was married to Austin Reed.
Shawn Douglas Brady- Shawn for his Grandpa Brady and Douglas for his Grandpa Williams.
Alexandra (Brooks) Perrault/Dimera Carver(Lexie)- Brooks is her Aunt& Uncle's name, they raised her. Perrault is Celeste's maiden name. Her father is Stefano Dimera. She's married to Abe Carver.

Michael William Horton- Michael after his assumed father Mickey. William for his real father but then assumed uncle, Bill.
Beauregard Aurelius Brady/Kiriakis- ?.His mother had an affair with Victor Kiriakis which resulted in her getting pregnant with Bo. He thought for years that Shawn was his dad.
Katherine Elizabeth (Reed) Roberts Kiriakis(Kate)- she was married to Curtis Reed. Roberts is her maiden? name. She is married to Victor.

William Robert Brady/Roberts(Will)- Austin & Sami decided to mame him after Billie(william-bill). It has recently been revealed that Lucas is Will's father not Austin.
