#1. In most cases, you will send first. In some cases I will send first, but I require a lot of refs. It is actually just easier if you send first.
#2 I will consider a simul send if and only if I have successfully traded with you in the past.
#3 When we do a cash deal, DO NOT SEND CASH!! I will only accept checks or money orders. If you send a check though, I will wait for it to clear before I send the cards out.
