Sometimes when you've read through page after page of family trees and connected information, you begin to feel like that character that Jack Webb played so well. "Just the facts, ma'am, just the facts."
I have lots of facts, about a lot of people. But who were these people? Where did they come from, and where were they going? How have they influenced who we are, where we live, what we look like, and how we view the world?
I hope that by recording a collection of naratives or stories about some of the names, dates, and places who make up my family tree I will be able to make these people seem more real to all those who will someday join the long line of names and dates.
