We have tried to make the ordering process as easy as possable. No need for any special computer skills to order from us. Simply print out the "Printable Order Form". Head back to the shopping page and begin your shopping.
You may e-mail me a completed order form (copy/paste), or another way is to print off the order form, complete it and mail it to the address on the form. If you need an order form, just e-mail me, with your name and mailing address and I will snail mail one to you. OR You can just email me and tell me what items you would like to order and we can take it from there.
Most items you see are "ORDER ONLY" these items will take a few days to make, so allow at least two weeks (some times 3 weeks for Christmas giving)to get your order put in the mail. If the items are "BUY NOW" it will be shipped within 2 business days or sooner after PayPal payment. So PLEASE allow enough time to recieve your items for that special occasion.
Some of these items have limited colors and/or fabrics, so they may not be as pictured. I try to keep my pictures up to date. You will be notified of any changes before your order is started. Remember that the joy of handcrafted collectibles is in the individuality.
There is however, a 7% sales tax that needs to be added to ALL sales in Iowa. Sales outside of Iowa are sales tax exempt.
Most items have the Shipping/Handling included in there price, but some have + (S/H)Shipping/Handling. Don't forget to add that amount to your invoice where indicated. I do combine and reduce shipping cost on more than one item. PLEASE WAIT until I have recieved your order before you send your payment, just in case I have spotted a problem.
We NO LONGER ACCEPT personal checks or credit cards. We DO ACCEPT PayPal ONLY. You can pay PayPal with your credit card. We ship by USPS standard mail. Any damages MUST be reported within 7 days. This MUST be done by phone. (712-338-4650)
HOW TO PAY BY PAYPAL: After I receive your order, in what ever way you choose, and everything is available and we agree on price, I will send you an invoice from PayPal for "request for money" for payment for your purchase and postage. We will e-mail you when your order is recieved and when it is in the mail. So PLEASE make sure your e-mail address is legible on the order form!
You can't decide on which fantastic handmade item to purchase for that special gift? We have Gift Certificats in any amount.
