Game Overview=Started out as a close game, and rightfully so, as this was the third and deciding game for the first-ever HBL Championship. However, the SabreCats' one-point lead at halftime wasn't nearly enough as the Warriors absolutely decimated the Cats in the second half, outscoring them 34-10. As the Cats saw the game slipping from their grasp, tempers flared and there was even a near altercation between Dee and Bill Carter! But it ended without any real violence, as Bill wasn't hitting anyone-or any shot- on this day. Interestingly, no celebration scene ensues after the Warriors claim the first HBL Title, as after three hard-fought games and scattered arguments, both teams were physically and mentally exhausted. More than anything, this series is notable for not only crowning the first-ever HBL champs, but for launching the league itself as well as the careers of HBL Hall-of-Famer Joker, and current HBL stars Shooter and Dee.
