'Air' Jesse Ristow

The man, the myth...the legend. "Air" Jesse Ristow took to the sky in Week 1 of the 2000 HBL season, and we've all been wondering where this great player went ever since. That's because after his lackluster performance, in which he made his first-ever HBL basket on his twelfth shot, he simply disappeared. He left to get something to drink, and never came back. Where did he go? Perhaps he got a call from his agent to play overseas professionally...we will never know. All we have is the legacy this superstar left behind, including his six career points and 3/23 shooting. We all still scratch our heads at his 0/10 three-point shooting on that fateful game. We will never truly understand "Air" Jesse Ristow, for he is a mystery. An enigma. A superstar.
