Bill 'The Kid' Carter

Bill Carter. A name synonomous with...umm...great effort and maybe not such great talent. Over his two..er, one and a half HBL seasons, he excited fans with EACH basket he made. Why? Cause he didn't make many. Bill made shots flying over the backboard a common occurrence, while also dropping shots 3 feet short of the rim consistently. But Bill brought a carefree attitude and decent sportsmanship to the league, with the exception of a couple of cheap shots on Jay Hartley. Unfortunately, Bill decided in July of 99 that the heat was just TOO MUCH for him, and didn't show for that week, earning himself the boot out of the league. He has since disappeared; possibly chillin' with Elvis, all the world's missing left socks, and playing one-on-one with "Air" Jesse Ristow (what a sight that would be). Whether we see Bill again or not, he has certainly left his mark with his unprecedented goofiness.
