Bryce 'Brown Sugar' Caldwell

Bryce Caldwell is probably the most talented player ever to play in the HBL. That's not to slight great HBL players like Domino or Shooter, but it's true. In fact, Bryce is the first player in HBL history to really "out-grow" the league. Through three dominating seasons, he proved he could score at will and still be the biggest defensive force in the league if he wanted. In 2000, through his team's 6-0 start, they looked and may have been unbeatable. However, schedule conflicts and such have prevented Bryce from finishing an HBL season since 1998, so his future involvement in the league is very doubtful. His high school basketball career, however, is just getting off to a successful start, and he has a great college and possibly professional future ahead of him. No matter what, everyone will always remember the pure talent of the one called "Brown Sugar".
