Recently the production of these new Strike Warbirds has been extensive. Currently their are fifty in service and with more on the way. It seems like the Empire and the Unity will be soon at war once more.

Fleet Data: Latest design from the Remus shipyards. This vessel was specificly designed to fight the Taurhai Unity. To do it they have included more long ranged weapons systems and improved sensor ranges to detect their vessels in Subspace, and equiped them with subspace mines. Weapons that when lauched phase into subspace where they can attack Taurhai vessels while in transit. This tactic has yet to be tried since both the Romulans and Taurhai are still at peace.
