It is Kami's Choice awards, it goes to site who have alot of hard work into them. I like graphics but I don't like it too graphical, I mean like If your whole site requires a Shockwave or Flash player, congrats it probably took a lot of hard work but I'm not especially fond of Java. Your site doesn't have to be Perfect, I just have to like it.
