Management Assessment Plan Statement # 2

SLO # 2. Freshman management students will utilize their knowledge of key principles of leadership to complete a case project/solve complex case problems.

Primary Focus: Application of Knowledge / Target Course: MGT 150 / Related Course Objectives: 1 and 2

Assessment Measures and Techniques. Management students will complete a case project, in which they must solve at least one complex problem. Faculty will use an assessment rubric developed by the program assessment committee to evaluate students’ problem solving skills.

Assessment Criteria/Expected Results. The average rating of student achievement in each performance category will be 5 or higher on a scale of 1-7.
