Sheep
We currently raise mixed-breed sheep, which we sell as feeder lambs or as fat lambs which can be butchered at our local locker for our customers. We also market wool to local spinners, small commercial manufacturers, and bulk buyers.

Beef Cattle
We currently raise small-breed cattle for beef, which we sell to local customers. These cattle are all grass-fed with minimal grain, which results in a naturally very lean meat.

Chickens
We raise two types of chickens; Cornish Rock for our customers who prefer a large bird, and a variety of dark feathered, slower-growing chickens for our customers who specify an interest in that type of bird.

Angora Goats
Our small flock of Angora goats provide a moderate crop of angora wool, which is sold to local spinners or in bulk.

Horses
You can see our two quarter-horses in the picture on the main page. For those interested in purchasing horses, we will refer you to Blake Farms' Email.

Dogs
We currently have a guard dog to protect our livestock from native predators, and a Border Collie (in training) to assist the management of our flocks.

Cats
Unofficially referred to as our "Rodent Control Specialists," our cats tend to fluctuate in number according to need. Currently we have 5 cats who have graciously allowed us to assume limited control of our lands and buildings.
