Information: After you fight Brock, you will encounter Misty, a water Pokémon Trainer. Misty has a Staryu and Starmie that can easily put out Charmander's (Charmeleon's) flame. Your best bet for Misty is using any Plant and or Electric-type Pokémon. Beat Misty and recieve TM 11 (Bubblebeam).

Badge Earned: Cascade Badge

Badge Ability: All Pokémon up to level 30 will always obey you and you may use CUT in the game.
