Pokémon City: Ordering Instructions
Ordering Instructions
#1 Send an E-Mail to Ben Nelson, (pokemon_city@yahoo.com), to place your order.
Please format your email using the following guidelines,(it makes my job so much easier and also gets your order out much quicker!):
- Subject: "Pokemon Card Order".
- Your Name.
- Mailing address.
- The cards you would like to order.
Please follow this example...
#2 On all orders received a confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.
Your email confirmation will include:
- A list of the cards that are reserved for you.
- The total cost, including shipping(if any).
Once you place an order you will not be able to ammend or cancel your order!
- This means that you cannot remove cards from your order.
- This means that you cannot cancel your order.
- If you choose to not pay, then we will not be able to reserve cards for you.
- If you want to add cards to your order then you must place another order.
- If you cancel your order, and make a new one, your cards will not be reserved for you,
and under certain circumstances, we may choose not to honor your future orders.
(So please be sure that these cards are what you want, and will be able to pay for. Thanks!)
#3 Send Your Payment To:

We accept:
- Money Orders
- Cashier's Checks
- Cash
- Checks.
Pay to "Ben Nelson" and write your order number on your check. When your payment is confirmed, (checks held for 3 days), your cards will be shipped.
#4 The cards are guaranteed to arrive within a week! (Frequently cards arrive in 3-4 days.)

All cards will be reserved based upon the order in which e-mails are recieved.
