Lita/Makoto is the practical minded Sailor Scout/Senshi. She generally serves as a morale booster (in combat only). She has an independent and strong willed personality. She is the tallest Inner and the second tallest Senshi (Uranus is taller), this is why her School Uniform is different, they did not have one her size. She likes to step up to challenges (unlike Amy/Ami, she fights rather than thinks).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I call Sailorjupiter a powerhouse. She is literally a bunch of energy just waiting to be released. Sailorjupiter gets her power from her deity planet, Jupiter. When implimenting attacks, an attena rises from her tiara to harness the energy of Jupiter and the power that draws lighting to the ground from Earth. Sailorjupiter's power is also rooted to the Earth, much like the oak tree and her attack "Oak Evolution." In her normal form, Kino Makoto is the "tomboy" of the Inner Senshi. When she first arrives at the 10th District Junior High School. there were rumors that she was expelled from her previous school for fighting. Yet in reality she had a bad breakup with a boyfriend, and decided she couldn't handle beling near him, so she transferred. Other students were a bit cautious about approaching her, but Usagi brushed off the rumors and became her friend anyway. One of the outstanding comical aspects to Makoto's personality, is that whenever she sees a cute guy, she compares him to an old senpai. She likes to ogle and drool over cool men, but never really acts upon her crushes. Maybe because of her previous bad experience. In the anime Makoto gets all dreamy-eyed when she meets Haruka. First she thinks of Haruka as a guy, but her crush still lasts when Haruka is really a female. Her friends try to keep reminding Makoto that Haruka is a woman. Makoto later denies having a crush on her ... it is more like hero worship. She sees Haruka as a role model. Makoto seems to tower over the rest of the Inner Senshi. It is said that she could not fit in the normal school uniforms, so she wears a different one from Ami, Minako and Usagi. According to some profiles I have read, Makoto is only 5-foot-4! Now the rest of the girls must be really short if Makoto is this tall. Her height is about average for American standards, especially for a teenager. I don't know how she "stands up" according to how tall Japanese girls are. Makoto also mysteriously lives alone. It is said that her parents died in a plane crash, hense her abject fear of them. She keeps her home spotlessly clean and is the best cook of all the Inner Senshi. Makoto has said that she tries very hard in her "domestic" attributes to make up for her tomboyish ways. -------------------------------------------------------------
