These are some of the modes of transportation that is used in Dragonball Z. I know there are more but I decided to give the important ones. If you think you have one that I missed, please email me.
Bukujutsu:
This is not a vehicle but is the art of flying. Everyone that fights in dbz can
fly, including Dende.
Kintoun:
This is not actually a vehicle but it's a commonly used form of transportation
used by Goku that I decided to include it in here. This is Goku's flying cloud
that he mostly uses. Anyone with a pure heart can use kintoun. Goku uses it
to conserve energy and to retreat from a dangerous situation. I don't know if
Goku can fly faster than the cloud but hey, it saves energy.
Flying Carpet:
This is Mr. Popo's flying carpet that he uses to get around sometimes. He can fly
with it or simply teleport to the place he wants to go. The only other people that
I know of that might have rode on it with Mr. Popo are Bulma and maybe Kami.
Capsule Corp Gravity Machine:
This is the type of spaceship that Goku used when he was headed for Namek in the
Freeza saga. A person can change the gravity in this spaceship to train so he
gets stronger faster. Goku's training in the gravity machine helped him become
a Super Saiyan in the Freeza saga, the same goes for Vegeta in the Android Saga.
The Saiyan Space Pod:
This is the famous space pod that Vegeta and Napa arrived in on Planet Earth. It
can fit only one person so everyone has their own. It is fit with a type of gas that
let's you sleep through the whole flight and wakes you up when you are entering the
planets atmosphere. It is also fit with your own control that you can use to summon
it too you.
The Freeza ship:
This is the ship that Freeza uses in his saga. It can hold alot of people in it, not
just one. It is equiped with a healing tank, and all the necessary things that he needs
(computers, armor etc). King Cold also has this type of ship. I was going to say thier
race has it but I don't know what the Freeza race is called.
Hover Car:
These are the cars that humans use on earth. The are like cars but they can hover, sort
of like that hovering skateboard in back to the future.
Time Machine:
This is Bulma's invention. After nearly all the z-fighters died against the androids, she knew that they had to warn themselves in the past that the androids were coming so they could prepare themselves. So Bulma built the time machine and Trunks went back in time to when android Freeza arrives. He easily wastes Freeza and King Cold and tells Goku about the androids. Then he returns to normal times. But he uses it once more when #20 and #19 arrives to try to save himself(baby just born) and his pop, Vegeta.
