| I think God has blessed me with some musical talent, and certainly a love for music, so I think the only way I can properly use His gift is to use it for His purposes. Thats why I do this kind of music. As glamorous and as extravagant as the mainstream is, I think God wants us to edify those in the body of Christ by creating songs that both praise His name, and that help bring people into a state of worship. While some of our lyrics may not be straightforward worship oriented songs, they all deal with things we as Christians have in our lives, whether it be love, loss, pain or joy. These are all emotions that man feels, and even God Himself endured such feeling when he became a man and dwelled among us. So to bring this to a close, I'll just state that we are a Christian band, yet we aren't going to just ignore the everyday issues man deals with. Our songs are all rooted in our faith, and how we deal with everyday life, doing what we believe Jesus would do. |
 I play a custom modified Fender Squier Bullet with Fender size .009 (original nickel wound) strings. I use an Ibanez PT5 Guitar Multiprocessor, and DOD Classic Fuzz pedal. My Amplifier is a homemade 500 watt deal with a 3'x2'x2' speaker cabinet. Very loud...I also use a Terada acoustic. My drums are Maxx with CB Percussion cymbals. All electronic noises are produced by a Technics Music Workstation, a Casio Sk-10 Sampling Keyboard, and my Home Computer. And believe it or not, vocals are recorded on a large variety of computer microphones. |
