Expansion Encounters - with Dusty Some of us are climbing mountains. Some are exploring the deepest seas. There are also those of us who are sitting in the meadow, just absorbing our surroundings. No matter what quest we choose, we are experiencing life as an adventure. Each of us is the author of an episode in which we are the main character. Daily living can be a confident exploration of unlimited opportunities. All that is required is imagination and the ability to grasp the excellence. "...at our gates are all manner of pleasant fruits, new and old..." - Song of Solomon 7:13 Once we stop lamenting a lack of opportunity or claiming we did not get the favorable breaks in life and begin offering gratitude for what we do have, our activities will become exciting and creative. When we lose ourselves constructively in what is happening around us, we find all kinds of pleasant fruits awaiting our recognition. The adventure begins at the gate of our action. Growing by Dusty Reed Growing in God's love is a different world than what surrounds me. All of life is effortless if I'm following His light, Growing in His love. Humanity has a special gift of Love to share. If the outward symbols are coupled with a loving heart, they are meaningful to those who receive them. Through both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, God shares his messages, with the zenith in the beautiful expression of his love given in John 3:16 and again in John 15:12, "love one another as I have loved you." We continue to grow in our expression of Love from God and sharing it with others through taking daily quiet meditation with the Lord. I think God approves of our modern Valentine's Day with our symbol of the heart of love as a true expression of His love at work in and through us toward others.
