As many realize, person-to-person contact is a vital portion of communication. Many are involved in their community and with family projects. Because of commitments, these are of high priority. We know that.

The expansion of communication through internet and email gives occasion to learn even more about the myriad aspects of our inner nature through contact with various souls. We receive myriad philosophies to discuss and question via on-line forums, chat rooms and email, which give this opportunity for expansion to fill and give more Love to our world!

We have been communicating with family and friends steadily for the last nine weekends, either through travel or entertaining in our home, except for one blessed, quiet weekend at home with just our family over Memorial Day. It offered a time to regroup, rest and get some heart-throb projects completed.

One weekend stands out as extra special - attending a personal enrichment seminar. This gave occasion to meet dear souls I have met through an email group as well as to discuss many new (to me) facets of various viewpoints and philosophies. Here is just a portion of my letter to those I met:

"What an outstanding weekend! I've been to many workshops, altho' it had been over ten years since I attended one - but the I Am Out Stands them all!

What an experience! To meet "familiar" souls, face to face, and to connect with others, similar in Purpose - what a delight! A new type of connection happens with a gathering of like-minded souls!"

Another weekend brought a friend and teacher and her husband, from California, to our home. She continues to offer opportunities of expansion in my philosophy of life. She presents strong challenges that offer much pondering and follow-up questions on my part. This year she presented her philosophy that our physical being is simply a motor and an unprogrammed computer. Everything we are is taken from the ethers. We "tune in" and accept what is Good for us and let the other go back to the ethers. The lesson I grasped from this is how important it is to empty ourselves of all the baggage we collect and just let ourselves "Be!" She expresses this in her actions and words.

As deeper communion develops through visiting the sites of others and contacting one another via email, many new souls have come before me in even the last few weeks! Such a delight to meet so many - to know we are all One - and yet each of us still with individual missions, terminology, experiences and interpretations.

The Ten Commandments of E-mail

Thou shalt include a clear and specific subject line.
Thou shalt edit any quoted text down to the minimum thou needest.
Thou shalt read thine own message thrice before thou sendest it.
Thou shalt ponder how thy recipient might react to thy message.
Thou shalt check thy spelling and thy grammar.
Thou shalt not curse, flame, spam or USE ALL CAPS.
Thou shalt not forward any chain letter.
Thou shalt not reply to one person thru a posting to the entire maillist.
Thou shalt not use e-mail for any illegal or unethical purpose.
Thou shalt not rely on the privacy of e-mail, especially from work.
When in doubt, save thy message overnight and reread it in the light of the dawn.
